閱讀風間聰的訪談后有感

在死刑存廢與否這議題雙方還在辯論時，我認為至少雙方先要有個共識，就是極力減少強制死刑的罪科（比如販毒，綁架，非法持械，非戰時期叛國，甚至一些宗教保守國家的叛教，或強姦），還有排除少年死刑案例，更要盡可能避免判決死刑或暫緩死刑。

尤其是在死刑制度國家里，該國社會更應該加強關注和照顧受害者家屬的心靈重建，不應該覺得判處罪犯死刑就已經盡了人事。

it is lazy that the state and the public sort to use this capital punishment as the solution/shortcut to the social problems, but tend to overlook alternative policies to make the society safer. The public often also neglect the victim's family after the verdict because they thought they already got what they want, but that is really not the case. Things have happened, even the death of the criminals cannot bring back their loved ones. Public just want or like to see the murderer dies, but the fact is that the murder is not deterred by having capital punishment or not.
