Can we free ourselves from a certain type of hierarchy in workspace, and be treated as equal human being and with human dignity?
Job or career is something people do, not just for money, also something from the heart or out of inspiration and motivation.
We cannot be used as a means to serve someone's ego or personal desire. We are not robot to obey or follow order blindly. We are all human.
