One must first recognise and learn about the problems. That is not enough, if we are not speaking out about it. Expressing the concern is not enough, if we don't take actions to stand for the issue and deal with it directly.
If you fail the first stage, you are ignorant. If you know the issue and you do not want to speak about it, you probably do not care or you have deep fear and therefore cowardice (one must first ask, what are you really afraid of). If you do express your concern but choose not to take action (and expect others to do it for you), then you are selfish and are a hypocrite.
